Rachel Minimates Figures Coming Soon

Diamond announced that there will be two Rachel figures in the upcoming Minimates Series 33.

The mini figures (which are similar to legos type figures) come in two packs. Rachel's Marvel Girl style figure will be paired with a Sentinel with a classic Excalibur Phoenix variant.

The figures are expected in stores in late February.

Marvel Select Marvel Girl Figure Now Available

The Marvel Girl Marvel Select figure is now available. It should be shipping to stores today, and a few have been popping up on eBay.

Marvel Select Marvel Girl Figure Coming Soon

According to DiamondSelect's site, the Marvel Select Marvel Girl Rachel Grey Variant will be coming out on September 9th.

The figure was sculpted by Sam Greenwell and features Rachel in her old green & yellow costume outside the Xavier Institute Gates.

Marvel Girl Super Hero Squad Figure Finally In Stores!!!!

Finally, the Marvel Girl & Cyclops Marvel Super Hero Squad figure set is hitting stores in the US. I found it in my local Target today, and more and more are starting to show up on eBay.

It was originally due out last year, but was delayed due to retailers not stocking as many toys for the holidays because of the recession. Finally, it seems like they're finally shipping now. So, start looking for it at a store near you!


Also, today Cartoon Network announced that it will be airing a Super Hero Squad cartoon later this year. The only female character in the promo artwork is Ms. Marvel. Hmmm...., they could use another female character.... maybe a marvel girl ;) .

Rachel Super Hero Squad Figure

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the Marvel Girl & Cyclops Super Hero Squad (Wave 11) figure set is going to make it to stores before Christmas. Although a few have shown up on eBay, barring Santa Claus delivering it to your home, it's probably not going to be under your tree for Christmas. :(

Marvel Select Marvel Girl (Rachel Grey) Figure

MarvelousNews has information about a new Rachel action figure. Diamond will be releasing a Jean Grey Marvel Girl figure with a Rachel Grey variant.

Here is how Diamond describes the figures:

The name Marvel Girl has always been a crucial part of the X-Men's history and now this new action figure release delivers the two women responsible for that! Sculpted by Sam Greenwell, the standard Marvel Girl depicts Jean Grey in her retro costume while the variant Marvel Girl features Rachel Grey's more modern look! Collect both to assemble the two pieces of the X-Mansion front gate!

According to Big Bad Toys, the Marvel Girl figure will be out in May 2009.

Rachel Super Hero Squad Figure Coming in December

Entertainment Earth is now offering pre-orders on Hasbro's Super Hero Squad Wave 11, which features a Rachel/Marvel Girl figure (packaged with Cyclops).

Previously it had been reported that Wave 11 would be coming out in the spring of 2009, but Entertainment Earth says Wave 11 will be shipping in December (but that date is subject to change).

So, possibly the Rachel Superhero Squad will be a Christmas present for Rachel fans (fingers crossed).

Rachel Superhero Squad Figure Coming Soon!

At the San Diego Comic Con, Hasbro announced that a Marvel Girl figure will be part of an upcoming wave of Superhero Squad. These are the mini figures made for little kids. The figure features Rachel in her green Marvel Girl costume. Rachel will be paired with Cyclops. No word yet on when the figure will be released.

Marvel Girl Hasbro Marvel Legends Figure In Stores Now

The new Marvel Girl Hasbro Marvel Legends figure (which is part of Wave 3, the Brood series) is starting to show up in some U.S. stores now (mainly Wal-Marts). Online, it has sold-out on Hasbro's site, but is available on eBay.

The Shadow Form variant is almost impossible to find in stores and has been selling on eBay for up to $149.99!!!

Rachel Hasbro Marvel Legends Series 3 Coming in October

Hasbro has announced that their third series of Marvel Legends action figures will be released in October, just in time for the Christmas shopping season. The series includes a Rachel Grey figure wearing her old green costume.

Rachel Summers Mini-Bust From Diamond Select

Action Figure Express has two Rachel Summers mini-busts, modeled off of Rachel on the cover of Uncanny X-Men 468, with a Phoenix variant.
